Artists are storytellers who elevate and transform, reveal and acknowledge, through authenticity and extraordinary purpose.
This IDEAL™ Vision Sharing program addresses and is an initial attempt to preempt issues of bias and omission slow to be evaluated and resolved throughout the nation and around the globe.
The proprietary & confidential vision sharing program unique to NYCA includes (but is not limited to) all that follows and is distinguished by incorporating the trademarked IDEAL™ Vision Sharing program:
Employee Inclusion {focus here and the rest will fall into alignment}

Employee Advancement Track
Joint plan prepared, approved, and mutually implemented by employee and employer that lays out in writing both career and personal development goals and the roles each plays, as well as the commitments each has to the other to achieve the Advancement Track goals and objectives with benchmarking and projected deadline schedule.
Employee Retention Through Value-added Advancement Track Projects:
Every employee has exactly the same opportunity to create their future path at NYCA. NYCA hires all employees for not just one specific function or role, but also to contribute a special and valuable part of themselves, a unique skill-set or talent, to enhance programming for the community, improve operational activities, interest other talent to NYCA, or create and implement new projects that achieve new sources of revenue. The director and other senior management will mentor each member of the staff, supporting them in fulfilling their vision and respective personal objectives and goals. All staff work 4/5's time (80%) in their hired functional role and commit the other 20% (1-day per week) to a special project for which they complete a proposal for approval, including timeline, budget, and team. Projects are expected minimally to take at least one year to complete, and most likely two (possibly slightly more), depending on complexity and budget and number of people involved.
Employee Minimum Salary at the Apex Initiative = $72,000/per annum
Extrapolation of an individual's gross salary requirements to live independently, anxiety free with dignity.
Employee Artists Dreams Come True Reward Program
Special employee-only grants to an artist, performance artist, musician/composer/conductor,
dancer/choreographer, and writer/author/playwright will be available for application annually.
Employee Personal Development and Mentor Program + At the Directors request.
At the time of hiring, each employee will be assigned a mentor, as well as a schedule for both in-person
and online remote seminars, webinars, and workshops, guided by professionals in the areas of
spirituality, religion, philosophy, psychology, biology, personal financial planning and investing, physical
health, and nutrition.
The director may periodically invite staff members to work on key executive projects being led by
the Director that are new and experimental and require extensive research, planning, and analysis for
implementation.
Employee Personal Charitable Contributions Matching Program
NYCA has established a special endowment fund. It is the firm belief of the organization and its founder, that charitable giving is a valuable tool and resource for maintaining a circle of gratitude and empathy in the world. The more one consistently gives and the more one shows great appreciation and gratitude for the gifts bestowed upon them, the stronger and more impact these gifts have on sustaining the life-affirming programs in place and all future programs yet to realized.
