* There are no assistants. ‘Assistant’ is perceived as a top down trajectory. An assistant is told what to do by the person above them. The action is downward. ‘Support Associate’ will be perceived more appropriately as a bottom up trajectory. A support associate thinks independently and can behave in almost all ways as a leader to support the team in executive and management roles in more of an equal and collegiate context. The action is upward.)
The org chart could be thought of as an inverted triangle with founder at the very bottom point and senior management just above creating strength through mentorship and symbolizes the foundation of the organization: a causal factor of the founder standing for inclusivity and opening the door of possibility for everyone to be lifting each other up. Thus, the team all together is the catalyst for the upward trajectory of the organization. The team continues the reach upward and outward to the horizon line above, representing the vision and mission of the organization out into the greater larger community and global citizenry.
